On top of Ciara dropping her defamation suit against ex-fiancé Future, the former couple's custody case has also been dismissed now that the pair has come to an agreement about their 2-year-old son, Future's, living arrangements.
According to TMZ's sources, Ciara and Future have agreed to joint custody, although "baby Future will be with Ciara most of the time" due to the rapper's heavy touring schedule. Still, when he returns home to Atlanta, "he'll have reasonable access to his son."
Sources say both Ciara and Future simply want to move on from the co-parenting drama that's engulfed them pretty much since baby Future's birth. In May, Ciara already lost her request for sole custody of little Future Zahir Wilburn so we're assuming before now the pair still couldn't figure out a mutually amicable way to carry out the judge's joint custody ruling. Whatever the case may be, we're happy both parties can now move forward, especially Ciara who is now expecting her second child with husband Russell Wilson.
