Former<em> Sleepy Hollow</em> actress Nicole Beharie has landed herself a cool gig that we're really excited about.
It has been confirmed that Beharie, who has starred in some of our favorite flicks like <em>42</em>, will be hosting the ninth season of <i>AfroPoP: The Ultimate Cultural Exchange</i>, a docu-series broadcasted on the WORLD Channel that " as a series, celebrates the cultural and historical growth that has occurred in the last generation using films tailored to a world audience from insightful, artful and often unique local perspectives."
So, in laments terms, viewers get a balanced view of Africa in hopes of fueling global conversation about realities and contemporary lifestyles of Africans today. <em>AfroPoP: The Ultimate Cultural Exchange</em> premieres Monday, January 16, 2017 at 8 p.m.
